How to get here

The Ore Mountains (Erzgebirge) are situated at the saxonien - czech border between the beautiful cities of Dresden and Prague. They are easily available by train and car from both the german and the czech side.

By train use the long-distance trains to Chemnitz (from Germany) or to Chomutov or Most (from Czech republic). From Chemnitz trains go every second hour to all stations in the Middle Ore Mountains. From Dresden you change in Flöha for the trains to Olbernhau or Vejprty. Within the german part of the region the transport of bikes is free in all trains.

From Chomutov and Most you can choose between trains and cyklo-busses (interrupted lines at the map below) into the mountains.
